Who handles your data

What we use it for

• To answer the request you send us.
• To send you Softlab58 news by email, only if you ticked the box on the form. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We don't use your data for anything else and we don't sell it.

What data we handle

• First and last name.
• Work email.
• Company.
• Request type.
• Message, if you write one.

We don't ask for your phone number, job title or company size.

How long we keep it

24 months from our last contact with you. After that we delete it. [to be validated with legal]

Processors and international transfer

These providers process the data on our behalf and only for the stated task. Because they operate in the United States, using them involves an international data transfer.

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through WhatsApp (Meta), which handles it under its own terms. We use your number and your messages only to reply to you. The site only links to WhatsApp: it doesn't load its code or use cookies. [to be validated]

You can request access to, rectification or cancellation of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hola@softlab58.com from the address you gave us.

• Access: we reply within up to 20 business days.
• Rectification, cancellation and objection: up to 10 business days.

If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can turn to the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPD).
